J’ouvert Registration 2024

Register for Red Ants J’ouvert by contacting one of our committee members today! Don’t forget to include your full name and email address when requesting a link to register. Once received by the committee member, you will be sent an email with the link to the Red Ants registration website to begin the registration process.

Package Collection Policy

Costume packages must be collected in person with a valid form of ID. Distribution of J’ouvert packages takes place on Carnival Friday and Carnival Saturday. All information regarding distribution will be sent to your registered email address prior to distribution.

Costumes remain the property of Red Ants until paid for in full and collected during distribution.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges or changes to costume packages once an order is placed and paid for in full.

Packages cannot be refunded and/or exchanged once collected unless damaged or defective. In this case, the request must be issued within 24 hours of collection.

Additionally there will be:
NO exchange or switching of costumes
NO changing of sizes
NO costume transfers
NO returns accepted

Payment Policy

Registration is only considered complete once your package has been paid in full. Packages must be paid in full prior to collection and can be paid:

At the TRIBE Mas Camp (Cash & LINX)
Online via credit card (Visa & MasterCard)
Cheques are NOT accepted

Additionally, arrangements can be made for the committee member to collect payment on behalf of the masquerader once agreed upon.
