FAQs

Q: I haven’t received my link to register yet. What should I do?

A: Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder for any missed emails. If you still don’t see any email from us, send us a message at info@redantscarnival.com

Q: I received my link but it won’t let me access the registration portal.

A: Links to register will expire after THREE days if you do not access and create a profile. If your link is expired, please reach out to your committee member to have one resent to your email.

Q: I was not able to register for J’ouvert … is there a waiting list?

A: While we are unable to guarantee a package at this time, you can email info@redantscarnival.com where we can assist you depending on availability of spots.

Q: When do I collect my costume?

A: The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, and posted on our website and social media closer to Carnival 2024.

Q: Where does the band meet?

A: The starting point is located in Woodbrook – be sure to check your Red Ants J’ouvert Guide which will be emailed to you the week of package collection for all the important details.

Q: What time does J’ouvert begin?

A: The band departs promptly at 3am on J’ouvert (Carnival Monday) morning. Make sure to check your Red Ants J’ouvert Guide for all the important details.
