Registration

Register for Red Ants J’ouvert by contacting one of our committee members today! Don’t forget to include your full name and email address when requesting a link to register. Once your request is received by the committee member, you will be sent an email with the link to the Red Ants registration website to begin the registration process as space permits.

Package Collection

Costume packages must be collected in person with your QR code along with a valid form of ID. Distribution of J’ouvert packages takes place on Carnival Thursday and Carnival Friday. All information regarding distribution will be sent to your registered email address prior to distribution.

Costumes remain the property of Red Ants until paid for in full and collected.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges or changes to costume packages once an order is placed and paid for in full.

Once your order is completed, there will be:
NO exchange or switching of costumes
NO changing of sizes
NO costume transfers
NO returns accepted

However, if damaged or defective after collection, we would allow exchanges granted your request is made within 24 hours.

Payment Policy

Registration is only considered complete once your package has been paid in full. Packages must be paid in full within 5 business days.
