Costume packages must be collected in person with a valid form of ID. Distribution of J\u2019ouvert packages takes place on Carnival Friday and Carnival Saturday. All information regarding distribution will be sent to your registered email address prior to distribution.<\/p>\n
Costumes remain the property of Red Ants until paid for in full and collected during distribution.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges or changes to costume packages once an order is placed and paid for in full.<\/p>\n
Packages cannot be refunded and\/or exchanged once collected unless damaged or defective. In this case, the request must be issued within 24 hours of collection.<\/p>\n
Additionally there will be:<\/strong> Registration is only considered complete once your package has been paid in full.
